    FS: 1988 325iS - 5 Speed --- SOLD!

    SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!

First off, this is not my vehicle. I am handling the sale for a very good long time friend of mine. The car, along with all paperwork and clean California title, are in my possession and ready for a new loving home! If you're a California buyer, the car has already been smogged!

This is a 100% original 1988 E30 325iS. Original paint, original parts, original iS lip, complete tool kit, crack free dash, never modified or abused. Current owner purchased the vehicle from its original owner who had most work done at the BMW dealer. In the past month the car has received a long list of maintenance to be sure it's trouble free for a long time to come. Everything functions as it should on this car with no surprises. Even the AC! Car includes a functioning (period correct) Viper alarm with extra key and extra key fob. I don't have the opportunity to drive a OEM spec E30 often and I must say that driving this car is a pleasure.

Recent work includes: Timing belt, water pump, tensioner, accessory belts, fuel lines, air filter, fuel filter, Valvoline VR1 oil change, Mobil 1 oil filter, BMW coolant, transmission fluid, differential fluid, coolant hoses, thermostat, fan clutch, spark plugs, distributor cap, ignition rotor, flex disc, center support bearing, valve adjustment, valve cover gasket, muffler hangers, front control arm bushings, and tie rod boots.

As you can see from the photos the car has faded paint on the top surfaces. Common issue for Lachssilber cars. Interior is in good overall condition but is split in a couple of locations. There is no body damage or issues more than some dings from 29 years of road use. As mentioned, the car is maintained well with no surprises. If you're looking for a clean, rust free, California car... This is it!

    Asking $6400.

Car is located in La Crescenta, CA 91214.

Correct. Broken at 207k. But age is just a number. ;)

There is an advantage of living in the Midwest; otherwise, my yard would be filling with E30s including this one. GLWS.

Looks like a really nice example. I wish I could go back to 2006 and scoop it up for like $3k.
