sigh
s = sport package, available on some 325e, 325i and 318i
x = all wheel drive, only available on 325i
c = not written on the trunk lid, but used to denote cabriolet (318/325)
i = "I" motors usually BMWs more performing motors when it comes to 325s. 325i= 168hp
e = eta or economy, 325e= 122 hp (iirc)
325 by itself = bottom of the line 325e
(btw: there is no 318e, in other words your car is the slowest e30 available in the north american market)

As for it standing for injection....hard to say
2000ti - touring international
2002tii - touring international injected
2002 touring - hatchback
never really understood the theory."We praise or find fault, depending on which of the two provides more opportunity for our powers of judgement to shine."
