I wanted to show you the cars that I've owned these 2 years that I've had my driving license. I've had 5 E30s and 1 E36(never again!)

    Here are some pics :)

My first car. 86' 320i. Nothing spectacular but it served its purpose.

    I then traded the E30 for my next car, a E36 325i 94'.

Pretty descent car, ended up like this :(
No one was seriously hurt! Thank good.

So then I bought my favorite car, loved this car.. stupid of me to sell it!
A E30 325i 89' with the beautiful Mtech II kit.

Aron Andrew owns this car now, a good friend of mine and he treats the car like a car should be treated! :)

So I sold the Mtech II and bought this car. A mint 325i cabrio. Low miles and had been stored in a garage for almost 8 years. Only one "problem".. it was an auto.

So then I sold the cabrio... and you've seen what my next car will be.
E30 335i Mtech II powered by M30! Most likely will be painted and ready by the end of March.

Oh yeah... cant forget my beater... he's rocking the snow here in Iceland right now.
E30 325iX Touring. Great car... doesn't matter how much snow comes.. he cant get stuck

These have been my cars for the past 2 years. Good 2 years:D

so let me get this straight:

euro bumpers everywhere, a clean set here probably cost as much as your old 320.

IX touring is your beater, again big bux never available here, people would go nuts if you sold it stateside.

your spelling is better than half the americans on this site.

                Congrats, I'm depressed.

I don't know of any car here in Iceland with US bumpers, and most of the iX Tourings are used as beaters, pretty sweet!

Were there no Tourings sold in US?

There has only been one 325i from the states as far as I know and I owned it until it got hit.
I was running those wheels and my S50 in it,
                    13,27@103mph in that "beast".

And Tourings where not sold in the states.

This is was originally a 325i I think and Gunni (Gstuning) imported this car to Iceland a few years ago. He then put a s50b30 engine in it.
The s50 is no longer in the car and Gunni is now "building" the car for me.

The engine is a 3.5l from a E23 and here are some more specs:
                          M90B35 (early M88 derivitand M30)
                          Short stroke and large bore
                          B35 cam
double valve springs possibly from a M42 head
cirka 10-10.5:1 compression, hasn“t been calculated yet
                          ltw flywheel
no port and polish, no headers.
standalone management with provision for boost from the get go.

The car itself has a full M-tech II body kit+rear spoiler.
                          Sport interior.
                          3.25lsd
                          6500k Xenon
                          KW coilovers
                          CR7 17x8.5 front and 17x9.5 rear.

When Gunni is finished with the engine swap the car is going to be repainted. Orginal colour diamantsswarsch mettalic.
Here is one old photo but the car is going to look just like he did except he is going to have a fresh new paintjob. 8-)

Hope I'm not forgetting anything. :)

I can post more old photos if you want, and when the swap begins I will hopefully have some photos of the process.

Dont bitch about spelling.. I'm from Iceland
What is the offset on those wheels? Are you using spacers?

                          Great car!

The offset on the front and rear are both 30mm.

The 8.5 front is going to need atleast a 5mm spacer. I know for a fact that an 8mm or larger will clear the strut. But a 5mm should be just enough.

The 9.5 rear is really easy to fit on early e30's anyway. Shouldn't be too big a deal on later arches. A 10 or 15mm spacer will make it sit in the wheel well just right. I don't recall what Gunni said he was running. Looks like 15mm spacers front and rear due to the slight 'pokage.'

Rolled fenders/decently stiff suspension is a must.

I love the wheels, the only reason I didn't buy them is because I hate the centercap retention mechanism.
