BMW motorsport cams gruppe N race spec Non vanos

Just puchased these from forum member from bimmerforums: Kesslerbmw I unpacked them and looked at them and they are absolutely beautiful. But i got a better deal on a package Vanos motor, so my NV dreams are bye bye... and with them go these cams and the head i bought too. I sprayed them down with WD40 and wrapped them back up in a towel.

These added considerable power through all revs, esp up high. Without a custom tune it will have a lumpy idle.. Sounds pretty awesome,even got a compliment from a guy with a high 10 second Camaro. With pink injectors and these cams it was smoother than the greens and had lots of power for a 2.5 non vanos. People with M3's loved driving my car with these installed. I wouldn't be selling them at all, but Im doing a motor swap and it won't be non vanos..

Specs...

240/228 Duration Group N Spec Cams.

I: 0.348 lift

E: 0.385 lift

Blueprinted to the maximum dimensions allowed in Group N racing.


These are in unbelievable shape.. I had them in my car for about 10k fun miles.

$450 shipped firm. Not hard pressed to sell these. Must be paid Via Postal Money Order. No trades unless you have some cool wheels that fit an e34...
They are also going in the Roundel.

I've also got a set of pink tops listed for $75, but I'd do 500 for the cams and injectors if someone wants them before they sell on their own.

I'll try to snap some pics today or in the coming days if I go where all my car stuff is being stored. (about 30 miles away)

I had planned on building a stroker motor and using these cams.. If they don't sell, I may still do that for an e21 down the road.
