You get it through xbox live. I think it's around $12.00 for a 1000 points. And these cars are 500 point's i think. I just joined and got the free acount.

So from the trailer the most prominent cars I caught were of course number one the e30m3, Konigeseegesgggsseg CCX, Enzo FXX, Gallardo Superleggera, R8, Coupe Quattro, Ferrari 612, and a few others. Looks like a promising car pack indeed.
