    My driveshaft problem...again

Well Here are some pics. This CSB wear is from one day of driving. I put it in and next day it failed. The U-joints are good. Money is on the flex disc..tell me what you think. Also the guy that did my work didn't line the shaft halves exactly right. It could be a combination of the two? Also, how to I check to see if the centering guide within the guibo is bad? Thanks

    notice the dots...

While there could be other causes for the rapid CSB failure, I'll bet that the drive shaft u-joints are binding. The other possible causes are mechanical damage that is causing a misalignment of the transmission or differential. That is usually pretty obvious...
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

even if the u joints are good. , can they bind?

Binding u-joints are bad u-joints. But unless you've had your hands on a new drive shaft you may not realize how bad the joints on this drive shaft are.

the joints have smooth motion and there is no play...is it possible the guibo caused it, along with the very small drive shaft misalignment?

            I suppose that is possible.
