I bought those ACS rims that he was selling back in December. Made the first payment back then and my second/last the first week of January. Man PMs back and forth telling me when they would arive etc. His original responce was they would be here at the end of January or the first week of Feburary. Well you guessed it. Still no rims and $900 out the window. Last week he PMd me and said the rims were shipped on the 26th of April. No tracking numbers and still are not at my door. I don't care if greg was bringing them over from Europe or Mr. Magoo needs to make them. You sold them to me with the impression that I would have them at latest first week of Feburary. I demanded my money back and post marked by saturday. If not other legal actions will take place. Would not buy anything from him.

Thanks for being cool for six months, guess its worthwhile writing something like that. They were sent, I can only hope that Greg has actually sent them and not wasted both of our precious time. If the wheels do arrive soon, I hope you can look aside the fact that I couldn't get them to you quicker. But whatever, they'll be at your house soon.

Also, I never guaranteed that these wheels would be ready to go in February. They were based on Greg's schedule, not mine. I only assumed that they would be ready at that time seeing as he was moving into his new house in Virginia. I didn't want any of this. If the wheels don't arrive this week I will pay you back.

I traded ebrake consoles with Dan about 2 weeks ago, he sent his out before I even sent him mine, and he paid for Priority shipping, too.

I would do business with him again in a heartbeat.

Maybe you should try taking this up with him personally and in a slightly different fashion before you go blasting him on the forum.

95% of my PM inbox is full of conversations back and forth for the past 6 months about these rims. Its nothing new to the both of us on the situation. I am just letting other people know what is happening. It was his choice to sell the rims and to trust Greg with the shipping. In a buisness if you outsource a job you better damn sure make it so they fallow through or its your ass because you chose them. The buyer doesn't care how you do it but just that you get it done like you promised.

Dan is not denying any of it. Maybe I could of been off for the first of Feburary but at the begening of May and still nothing is a bunch of crap. I would like to do buisness with him again and hopefully we get things straightened out but as it sits right now its not a pretty situation.

Why don't you keep those comments to your self because obiously you don't know anything about the situation.

Lets not escalate this any further. I spoke to Greg via PM since he seems to visit E30Tech alot now, and he says they are in Henderson, Colorado at this time. Apparently he has tracking numbers, but he will not give them to me for some odd reason. I asked him many times for more info, tracking numbers, and how long it would take, and he only responds to tell me they are in Henderson.

If you do not recieve the wheels very, very soon, then something is wrong. I trust Greg still. Also, he told me they were sent on the 28th, not the 26th...still. They should be there soon.

Sorry I got the date mixed up. That is just north of Denver a little. I will hold off since today is friday (they should be here today) until saturday. Dan I appricate everything you have done but enough is enough. I had to take some action and let everyone else know. I will have a mod change the title of this thread once things arive at my house.

Hey, I'm tired of it too. Greg is not a reliable man anymore...case in point. I apologize for making you think they'd be there quicker. I can tell you there are people still waiting for their merchandise from Greg for over 2 years. No joke.

Well the rims came in today. After 5.5 months or how ever long it has been they came. Dan was never a bad guy to work with and he fallowed through as he promised. Things just got messed up in this deal.
