Registration for the Maryhill Loops Road tour taking place July 27 & 28 will open on Monday June 17, 2013 at 8am! This is a unique event that allows you open up your ultimate driving machine on one of the best roads in Washington. A twisty road, closed to other traffic, the only speed limit being the forces of nature and your ability.
This event sells out every year. So we added a second day so that our club members can get this incredible opportunity to drive this famous road. Don't miss it.
This year we've added a 2nd day, so you can choose to run the road on Saturday or Sunday! There will be a 20 driver limit for each of the days. If we have unused capacity, we'll allow drivers to register for both days, but in order to give everyone a chance to participate, please only register for one of the days. *must be a BMW CCA Member to drive in this event* Typically we sell out on this event, so we will again have a waiting list for people that would like to participate. By all means, get on the wait list, as last year we were able to open things up and get most of our waitlisted people in.For those that haven't heard about this event, we have a private road rented that we'll have a blast driving the 25 turns, ascending 850 feet over about 2 miles. We have the road rented from 8am to 5pm (although most drivers get their fill by early afternoon).
This year, the event will cost $75 for a day, but it will include lunch. We'll be having subs, chips, and the like. That will make it easier for people so you don't have to worry about packing your lunch or having to leave the event to go grab some food.

We have secured a discounted room rate (mention BMW Oregon CCA) at the Celilo Inn in the Dalles. This will be a more upscale uption than in years past. The discounted rate will be $125 for a room with a queen bed and no view, and $140 for a room with a king bed and a view. Rooms must be booked at least 30 days prior to the event and the promotional rate will be non-refundable for anyone choosing to take advantage of the discounted rate we've negotiated. https://celiloinn.com/
