    OBC help!!!

Tonight when i turned on the car my on board computer must have reset or something..... b/c the clock and date is all reset, and now its telling me everythign in the metric system. Can anyone post some info on basic OBC functions. Hahah... i cant even set my clock and date, and most of all i cant get out of that whole metric system display. I tried pressing "set-res" along with the other buttons but it doesnt work with the hour date button. I dunno what i'm doin... haha... help please. Thanks, Dave

To change out of metric go to the MPG menu and press the little pin hole on the bottom left with the head of a pen or something. Then to set the clock, go to the hour/date button then hit the pin hole again, then enter the time with the 4 buttons below, when you have the time set press the pin hole again.

I hope that helps, kinda hard to explain exactly how to do it.

usually if your battery dies, or their is a drain in the system, or somehow the OBC loses power for a minute, it does that.

you can get it to read in US. (non -metric) does this work for the temp to F then the C.

Yes, once you switch out of metric, it will read temp in F, not C.

I could debate the worst wiring comment, sounds to me like you need a new OBC.
