    is "spoiler" refinishing

ok guys there are alot of threads on how to paint them when there isnt any paint on them but whats the best way to go about it when you still have some paint on the rear lip spoiler?

should i remove paint then just sand prime and paint?
how would you remove the paint from a pourous material such as this?

and i did search but i dont think im very good at it

    Chris

edit: also what should i order from paintscratch besides the alpine white paint? what primer? clearcoat? is that a good price for the sand paper?

SEM makes bumper paint stripper that will take all of the paint off and not eat the foam. after that, use flex primer, then paint
