Updated shots of my roller paint job (56k maaaaybe)

So here it is: I finally have some better quality pics. All I have left to do is the actual car. All of the piece parts are complete. I have sanded down to 2000 grit, then polish, then used a fine polish. Then waxed and it was done. It feels soo smooth. It's not a flawless paint job, but well worth it for $150 in materials after all is said and done. Enjoy.

Yeah, thanks guys. Josh's right, prep work is the key. Hours and hours of it until you get it how you want it. But yeah, after paint, comes exhaust, then tuning and the car should be done in mid-march.

What are you putting in there to make it a 345?

It's a 3.5L with a turbo making a comparable amount of power to a 4.5L engine N/A. Just like they did with the E23 back in the early 80's. they had the 745i which was simply a 3.5L turbocharged engine.

Heck, they still do it today with the new 335i e92

Thats pretty awesome. Given some garage space I could save my disgrace of a car. And given a lot of time and patience.

                          CAnt wait for final product.

Looks decent, but I would rather spray it, since I know how and it's a lot less work... I hate wet sanding and buffing...

Okay so is the stripe going to continue across the fenders front and rear? I don't think they have to, just asking.
