I am offering this as a service, I do not have any on hand. If you order new sets, I will then order them and run the service on them as soon as they arrive at my shop. Please allow for up to 10 business days turnaround, I do not work at the shop full time.
What I am including in the service, For both new tails and used tail lights sent by customers:
All tails are washed, then sanded with 320 to remove the molded embossings and any degradation of the outer material. They are dried, masked, then shot with transparent paint (VHT). Once the paint has dried, the tail lights are clear coated using a quality HVLP gun and excellent two-part urethane clear. They are left to flash, then moved to a drying oven and dried for 1 hour at 150-175 degrees. Once oven cured, they are set out to cool to room temp, then cut down with 1000/1500 wet, compressed air dried, machine buffed, hand glazed, and hand waxed.
