H&R Ride height request with a twist

Hoping someone with the H&R race/billie sport set-up could give me a quick measurement.

Wheel center to zenith of the front wheel arch.

    thanks in advance.

Need a new ball joint for my car which currently rides on Mtechnic springs(pink paint mark not sport). Bonus if anyone knows the spring rate for the mtechnic springs. Trying to see how much more drop I'd see with an upgrade to the spec set-up.

Thank you. I don't want to the top of the wheel well, just from the arch to the wheel center.

I figure that's really the only way to truly tell ride height since wheel and tire combos will affect your height in differing degrees.

Distance from center of wheel to zenith is just about 12.25" or 31.1cm. I measured both fenders with the end of the tape on the bottom of the arch with the reading to the center of the wheel. Suspension geometry is based on Billy sports, HR race (no spring pads), stock oem top mounts (not the raised aftermarket OEM), M3 cabs, lemforder ties and CA, and US baskets with stock tire size.

Sorry for the reply lag. I'm a lazy ass.

Nice measurements. Although what is the thickness of the springs pad upfront (would have same setup with pads).

              Thanks.

Most e30 pads are nominal 3mm thick, and crush down to 2.5, so for the front figure about 5mm for both pads added. (rear is not the same)

Yep. The front is still to high on a late model - for me anyways. Once I get a bit of money I'll be Pm'ng you for some GC plates.

Jay, would it be possible for you to get actual measurements of how much drop is gained by the plates?

Thanks for the measurement Philo. Good stuff. I currently came in at 14.5" with a quick spot. With my rs001's I think I have 55 series on them now, that's going to be close without a fender roll.

You should have no issues with that set up. You won't need to roll your fenders. I believe am lower than that on GC coilovers (lowest setting with GC camber plates, strut housing not shortened) with RS003's and 225/45-16 tires, no rolled fenders and have very few issues. I assume your tires are 205.
