Buying new control arms & bushings

So I've decided to replace my front control arms (preferably with lemforders)

I've found them at BavAuto ($80ea)
    IE ($91ea)
    TMS ($96ea)
    BMP ($77ea)
    Elephant Motorsports (Lemforder, $122ea)
    Auto Parts Warehouse (Lemforder, $120ea)
    Pelican Parts (Lemforder, $120ea)
Foreign Auto Parts (Lemforder, ~$110ea, without brackets)

Has anyone ordered control arms from anyone here? As of right now I'm thinking the Lemfoerders from Pelicanparts...

I also plan to replace the bushings, but this is where I am not sure of what to get. My car is a cabrio, and lowered (idk if that matters). I could go stock, or urethane (I've heard AKG is good), or M3 (are those all the options?). Before I start pricing CABs I want to know what you guys think is the best way to go. I don't track the car but I very much appreciate a "good road feel" if you will.

    Thanks in advance

Depends on what you want. If its mainly a street car I'd just do OEM M3 CABs.

Call Patrick @ BMA he has always given me great service and will match any price you can show him.

OEM M3, you get the better geometry, but still more compliance then poly/delrin etc.

I have camber plates and GC control arm bearings up front, excellent feel, but its pretty rough up front.

the m3 bushings are nice, not too harsh. You will feel a small increase in noise going over imperfections in the road. I've never experienced urethane CABs, but i dont think i'd approve after comparing these to the non-solid mounts.

Straight-line stability is improved. Your car will feel much better at speed on the highway.

I replaced many worn components, so of course everything felt way better, more than offsetting any loss in turn-in by the change in geometry.

Im doing M3 bushings as well. My car endures the trip through NYC at least twice a week on the way to NJ, so I need some kinda of cushion to deal with the bad roads.

Which leads me to the reason Im replacing my control arms and bushings in the first place lol...
