Hey pop the resistor pack out and clean it with some contact cleaner and it will probably work fine and you can take that off the bad list. I did it over a year ago and its been great ever since. Really clean car.

Cleaner than the last set of pics, have I seen this car in person Sam? I don't remember / think so. You should bring it to one of the meets if it doesn't sell soon, though I wish you luck on the sale
PM me for detailing services in the Longmont / Boulder Area in Colorado!

Last time I was at 12,000 feet was when I took my old 530i out for a trip to Breckenridge. I stopped on the top of Loveland pass (what is that 11,990ft?) When I tried to start the car again it struggled for about 5 minutes. I finally had to coast down a ways and then try and start it again. Ahh real mountains.... not these hills over here in Tennessee. The highest road I've been on here was the Cherohala Skyway with a max altitude of 5400 ft (from a base altitude around 900 ft)
Anyway, 'nuff of my blabbing about wishing I were still in Colorado. Someone buy this car! Looks like a great deal for someone local!
Oh and for a ride height comparison. This is mine with basic KYB replacement shocks and stock springs. Very similar ride height to this car.

BlueBMW: Thanks for your input!! where I used to live in MD the highest mountain was just over 1000 feet. I was quite in awe when I first came out here.
jrobie: this car may be available in a couple weeks, I keep getting calls about it with people telling me they want the car, but no one is showing up with greenbacks....Comment

i actually went to Autozone and got some Bulldog system, it was $45, i attached 5 wires, and bam! keyless entry! I actually think every E30 owner should do this. Its totally awesome. Here is a good writeup, the one on R3v sucks, because the picture links are broken: http://www.m42club.com/forums/showth...=keyless+entryComment

Blue, get your butt back here! Regarding Sam's ride, I drove it tonight and I should tell you all that it's a great big pile of junk, but that's just because I want it to still be around and for sale when I get back next week. I should tell you that, but in honesty, it's a great car.Island Green 1990 535i
