    Brilliantrot 90 325is 2dr 5spd

    Location: Houston TX
    Price:3500

This is a great car i would hate to sell, I am not desperate or anything and will be fine keeping it so the price is firm and will go up as discrepancies are repaired.

The bad: The previous owners wife ran in to the back of a pickup so he replaced several front end body parts which lacks the IS spoiler. The OP sprayed the car himself and left lots of orange peel. I wet sanded and buffed most of it but the hood and front bumper still require it. It doesn't look bad until you really look hard. As with most used e30's the odometer does not work, the subframe bushings need replacing. The drivers seat frame is broken where is hinges and has the recline lever which is no longer attached. The air condition blower motor has a little squeak in certain speeds. The idle is a little ruff especially when the air condition is off, It may just need a valve adjustment or o2 sensor. The steering wheel has a small section of separation. Drivers bolster has a small hole and some cracks.

The good: The car runs great, very strong motor with recent rebuilt head. The PO was very meticulous and had several other e30's so while he had the car apart he replaced the clutch, rebuilt the head, replaced all rubber hoses and vacuum lines, I did the cap rotor and plugs which where pretty new also. The dash is the cleanest one i have seen besides the one in my friends m3 hes selling for 20k+.
Spares: H&R front sport springs and eibach rears. e30m3 steering rack to get a little better steering ratio with out cutting the fire wall (airbag steering wheel) 410 lsd

Did you get this on the local craigslist a couple months back? I remember seeing one just like this.

Wow. That is the same car from Craigslist a month or two ago. It was gone quick as the PO was only asking $1,500. Good $FLIP$

yes it has a clean title and yes it was that car. I did put alot of work into getting the paint on the front in great shape. The pictures do not do it justice. When i took the pictures i was in a hurry and the black trim all around the car has wax on it and neede to be cleaned off, It looks better now.

Lonnie has put a lot of work into this car since he stole it out from under me on CL. :p

I probably should have not rushed the pictures, I didn't even vacuum or wipe down the interior when i took them. It actually looks better now.

thanks, a lot of work has been done since the initial post. The 410 LSD has been installed with fresh royal purple gear oil. Also installed the m3 rack and pinion with new tie rods and installed 19# m50 four pintel injectors. I have all the parts to do the timing belt, tensioner, water pump, subframe bushings, and trailing arm bushings. I just need the time to do it.

Oh yea, I just autocrossed it last weekend and it was a blast. The tires on it have lots of tread but are not the sticky kind, skinny 195's.
