    FS: E30 M3 H&R coilovers

Hi Guys, I have a set of H&R monotube coilovers for sale. I have changed shocks to AST, and need stock strut housings to fit the AST's.

    Specs:
    Part No: 29726-1 From H&R's 2009 catalogue: http://www.quadrantsuspensions.com.au/pdf/HR-1.pdf
    • monotube gas shock absorbers, precise response
    • upside-down technology, stiffer while cornering
    • special coil over and race springs, high strength spring steel
    • rugged trapezoidal thread for height adjustment
    • durable corrosion protection, three layer coating on zinc base
    • aluminium rear height adjusters, (hard anodised)

    Details:
I bought these from a member in the UK who put approx 5,000 miles on them from new. I installed them on my E30 and drove them only to the nurburgring and on the nurburgring. I would estimate that I put 2,500-3,000 miles total on the shocks. Now mind you that the ring is hard on everything on the car, but I was not abusive while driving. My E30 does not have a speedometer or odometer, so I can only guess what the milage is. Again, these coilovers are in fine working order, I have just decided to put a more track oriented suspension on my dedicated track car.

    Included are:
-H&R modified strut housings with monotube struts & wheel bearings (studs if you want them)
-Rear Bilstein shocks custom valved for H&R (much thicker than normal HD/Sports)
-H&R springs matched for the shocks
    -Ground Control rear shock mounts
-Rear ride heigh adjusters (included, but not pictured)

Not included are the adjustable sway bar endlinks.

    Price/payment:
I would like $1,100 shipped + your strut housings. I will ship you the H&R coilovers, you can remove & replace your suspension in an afternoon, then send me your strut tubes. I only need the bare strut tubes, you can keep the wheel bearings/brake backing plates etc. I will pay for shipping to you, you pay for the return shipping.

I have an 325i, would these fit for a 5 lug swap? And if so, do you still want my strut housings?

Yes they would fit (i'm running them on a 325). But I'm sorry, I need E30 M3 strut housings in return.

The M3 could benefit from this setup... So tempting.
