They did a cabrio E30 years ago. The last run had some gawdaful tampo on it. They also did a run of M1's, and the Isetta dragster. I thought of 'fixing' one of the Isettas back to stock microcar form. An easier project would be fab'ing up a hardtop for the cabrio E30.
Their Matchbox division does a much better job on detail. They did E46's that turned out nice. Their Porsche 914 was great. Last edited by SteveJ; 04-13-2012 at 11:40 AM.. |

I'm taking my e30 to a mechanic tomorrow to get it inspected for a potential buyer. He's shelling out cash from his pocket, so if it all goes good (and I believe it will, depending on how in depth it is) it's likely that he'll buy it.
I've been looking out for cars with shitty paint specifically so you can paint one for me Jesse! |

@ ToPLeSS(e30)FeinD, nope but honestly there's not much of a difference between diamond and sapphire black, the names similar for a reason, sapphire just has a hint more metallic blue in it.
@ Vivek, don't get something that's too bad. |
