Ebay Header, Everyone said this one has the best clearance... It does clear the CAB but the upper pipe was touching the floor of the car and the lower pipe slightly touches the subframe.. all easy fixes with a little heating and bending..

No intake yet. Im going with the Kamotors one.. Also I dont have any room for a fan.. maybe i have the wrong one?

Notice that I spliced the E36 harness straight onto the E30 c101 connector. looks cleaner, and When I get my M3 trim parts it will all look even cleaner

Im on the fence as to whether I should build a full custom exhaust (we did two sofar at work on Vw's, full stainless and they were super nice) or just use an E36 M3 system. do they fit pretty well?
A scrapyard closeby has an E36 M3 with a supersprint muffler.. He wants 300 for the whole system, headers back

Got the wiring cleaned up today with the E30M3 trim panels.. Also ordered an E34 Dipstick tube support, some other odds and ends.. and The E30 318 DME brackets.. these dont fit exatly like I would like them to. They position the DME in a way that pulls on the wiring harness, where as if the module was flipped upside down the wiring would be perfect.. but I didnt want to get into re-engineering the bracket.

The DME should be flipped around. connector faces passenger.

Yeah on a stock e30.. but with the 413 dme and e36 harness there no way. Especially with the way I.have it all tied up inside the m3 harness cover

I have red label and E36 harness, Granted I still have to clean and stash my wires under the 318i cover. The E34 harness is the too short but my E36 harness had plenty of slack to reach DME stock location. I did have to extend 1 wire to reach the stock diag port location.

I think It all depends on how everyone routes their wiring under that wiring cover. I had to pull it all a little toward the drivers side in order to get the diag connector into the holder next to the brake booster so It took away any slack I had for the DME

Heated subframe and bent it in to gain header clearance

Got a 2nd hand Gargastic skid plate and lower brace in trade for my M50, He only had it on for a short time and realized it didnt work with his swaybar and front splitter...

Stayed up till 2Am last night Fabbing up some exhaust. Taking the header off the engine to weld up that collector was a pain. Didnt take any pics but I did a full stainless system with 2.5" and a magnaflow muffler into a twin tip

Got the Kamotors intake installed today along with a new MAF and the car is a blast to drive. I still have a 2.5 M50 chip in it and it still pulls great
