Unfortunately I didn't do my homework before purchasing a diff from this guy. He PM'd pictures of the diff and everything looked pretty good, boy was I wrong. He said if I sent payment last weekend (1/26/13+1/27/13) then he would ship it out Monday. I paid....and Monday came with no info, no tracking number, it's one week later and I still have no tracking number and no indication that he's going to be shipping one.

In my foolishness, he requested that I pay him through paypal 'as a gift' to avoid fees...and I did. My mistake...I know, please don't berate me for having done that, I know it was my fault and very stupid....But, instead of hiding my mistake out of embarassment, I'd rather get it out there so no one else falls for this guy's facade. I'll be contacting my bank to see if they can help me get my money back.

It's a real bummer when most of the people I've met through here, e30tech, and bimmerforums are all really good people sharing a passion for the same thing....and it only takes one guy like CoelhoSport to ruin that.....anyone who feels the same, bump this up to keep others aware.

So that makes two of us ripped off by this guy under his current username CoelhoSport, and seems he was previously scamming other people under other usernames as JasonC pointed out in the background thread I linked in my first post.

He still hasn't responded to my email.....or come in here to defend himself....

I'm going to send him a PM linking him to this thread. If i see he logs on and don't even bother with replying here. A permaban is going to be handed out.

He logged on today. Once I get home this evening I'll take the proper actions. Cause I'm on my phone now. A little harder to permaban someone on it.
