Sports Seats color code

I recently purchased a restore kit, but the seller is not familiar with my color. Its just a plain e30 silver leather sports seats. What is the official bmw color code?
I dont really want to send him a sample just to match the color.

That's the code I got too. The ink vendor doesn't recognize this code though...

Can you send them an unweathered sample from the seat bottom?

In redying these, is there a good technique to avoid the vertical stitching?
