What's the best site to ask a technical question about a 2007 Mini Cooper?

A friend has a problem where his car won't start (no fuel) after a mechanical over-rev condition.

^^ what he said. Good community and seems there are lots of people that know about all of the problems the Mini's have. I think the 07 is a second generation Mini (r56) and would look in that part of the forum.
