Is that a US spec lower valance modified to fit the euro lights/fogs?

I don't think I could get $8k for my Euro 535is....(Engine, new driveline, 3.46LSD, bumpers, lights, grills, interior with big bolster Recaro's, M5 wheels, etc.) but good luck!
        Below the radar...

Nope. It's actually a Euro Valence off of an early E28. No cutting and praying required.

Yeah I wouldn't ask this much for the car if the thing wasn't damn near perfect. The chassis, interior, and engine are simply brilliant. I'm also taking offers and trades on this (E30 swapped with S50/S52, eh? eh?, haha). Have any pictures of your Euro 535is?

            Euro'd 535is maybe

Not trying to downplay your car at all UNHCLL, just wanted to point out the 535is is a US only model.

Take (1) US Spec 533i Chassis
              Add Equal Parts:

              Euro Import "Dirty" 3.5L Motor
              Rebuilt Getrag 265 transmission
              New 3.46LSD
              H&R Springs
              Bilstein Shocks
              M5 Wheels

              Recaro Big Bolster Seats
              Euro Lights all around
              Euro Bumpers
              Euro Valance/Turns/Fogs/Towhook covers
              European cluster

              I think you'd get the "Euro" version of a 535is ;)

Yeah I've been getting that a lot lately. But I figure it's reasonable considering a brand new OEM set of Euro Bumpers will run you $1000 and the wheels and tires would run at least $1000. Although as I always say if someone were to make me an offer I will at least consider it.
