    Broke30

Item: Zender Side Skirts + Rear valences
    Payment: Paypal
    Shipping: UPS Ground

Comments: Max was very prompt in his communication. He slacked for a quick second but never failed to come through with his replies. Shipping was not what I'd call great packing, but then again, for what I got these for, I have no room to complain.

Bottom line: Good guy, would do business again.

Bought a shift knob from Max because his roommate broke my other one showing me the new one. Max is an all around awesome guy! If anyone of you get a chance to meet him or deal with him, consider yourself a lucky person.

He never fails to help me with any problems or ideas I have with my car. Max you rock.

Traded IS Lip + mtech wheel for momo wheel and hub.
            Met half way

            all went well.

Why thanks Julien. Yes all was smooth and we'll have to shoot up to Asheville sometime soon and hang out! Hope you enjoy the wheel, I've already got the lip mounted with zip ties ;)

Bought Black Leather Sport interior, Mtech I wheel, and seatbelt.
Everything was reasonably priced, he even included a free set of dikes (used).

j/k, Max, I'll get those in a box back to you this week.

Max purchased two M Contour/Throwing Star replica wheels from me. Very good communication. He asked if I could wait a week or so for payment which was no big deal for me. He did PayPal as promised and all was well. Very good buyer and I would not hesitate to do business with again. Great smooth transaction.

In general I would expect the items back before I give a refund... But that's just me.

I think the whole MOT thing has you skittish.

                      I get that.

If it was me, I'd expect to send it back first before I got the refund.

The whole "be out the flywheel and the money?" thing - look at it the other way - he is thinking the same thing.

I would file a paypal claim but I hear if you get a package from the seller even if its a brick in a box the seller is off the hook.

Sometimes you just gotta chalk it up to a loss and move on but i would make sure and make a few threads and post in ALL of his future for sale threads LOL.

                        Good luck.

Yeah... Like I said, that's just how I do things. Also how any online vendor does things. If he doesn't pay after you return the flywheel, then you can rip him to shreds. Post negative transaction, cause all of r3v to hate him, call his police, etc.

OT but the bad thing with paypal is all you have to show is proof you shipped an empty box. Their buyer protection SUCK ASS.

It's normal practice to return item, then you get refunded. It's the way I would expect to do it. I don't think Max was trying to stick you.
