definitely two piece, I bought these and refinished. My research tells me there were quite a few of these made for the vettes that are 16x9 (or 9.5) and the barrels have the same bolt count so it's seems likely you could go bigger there.
The ones I have are Dev's old set and are 4x100 16x7 ET25.

Wheels are DONE! powdercoat came out awesome! not sure if you guys can see the metallic flakes it has on them but none the less they are awesome...but now that I finished these wheels a very good deal on a 1jz came up so I might put these up for sale. Not sure of price as of yet, It does have all the center caps! and believe me these center caps are almost impossible to find! Specs are as follow : 16 x 9.5, 5 x 120 +20 offset.

just to add more info to the thread (is it helpiing? or just getting my post count up lol)
american racing equipment, also known as A.R.E
there are multiple styles of the brand. the bbs reps came in mostly 4x100 and 5x120.65, which the corvettes and other chevy's ran. its a toss up between which ones are welded, and which ones are 3 piece. it was very popular in the old days to just weld up multi piece wheels.
i had a set of 16x8 et20's and they were fantastic. i'll see if maybe i can dig up an old picture.another type were a thick 5 spoke. there are also a bunch of sets locally around me (one is for sale on this website by MC HAMMERED)
the brand is not super rare. it just depends where you look

Figured I would add my 2 cents here...ARE wheels are built buy American racing wheels as others have stated. They are technically three piece, but the lip and barrel are welded together. The centers are removable. They made a lot of 15" and 16" variants, but the 17" ones are the most rare. I have two sets of 17x9.5 5x120.65 ARE's, one set I have is et36 with 3" lips, and the other set is et56 with 1.5" lips.
Here's a few shots of my e30 with the 17" AREs on it. (They didn't fit very well)
