When you say perfect are these completely restored without blemishes, scuffs, chips, or curb marks?

Very minimal and small scuffs on some wheels, not by me but by the previous owner and in Japan. The AC Schnitzer S3 package was bought with the car so these wheels are also 23 years old and I believe that they are in great shape. The perfect is referring to their figment and look on an E30, which not many wheels can match in my opinion. I am only parting with them because I needed more rubber as I'm going turbo and these aren't wide enough for my power goals.

I agree on fitment. I have a set that is completely restored and love them.

That said I would be interested in owning another set but to be honest I have a hard time justifying the price if I have to pay for refinishing especially considering I have less than $1600 in set of 5 in pristine restored condition.

Aside from the scuffs have they been checked to see if any are bent?

I haven't had them professionally checked but could. I have never had problems with leaks and they don't look bent at all. I had the tires replaced on them by a shop and they didn't say anything about bends.

They are a soft wheel but if it was bent you would feel it when you drive.

Then no, they're not bent because I haven't noticed after 6 months of driving with the wheels and I definitely have hit anything or rubbed on a curb at all while I've had them.
