Here is a quick video we shot this morning to let you hear how it sounds with the Miller M20 Induction kit installed. Video doesn't do it justice though...

Don't know why they aren't working.

At most there was .6" to .8" of vacuum before hand at peak power, now there it is at 0 at peak.

I think it is awesome that you guys are putting so much time and effort into the M20.

I do have a question though: are you keeping track of fuel economy?

It isn't changing greatly unless your keeping your foot in it. I will have to ask Dan how its doing though, he drives to Seattle every Wednesday and will know how the mileage is.

If you are getting more power overall, doesn't that basically mean you are getting higher efficiency and thus (if foot kept under control) better economy?

I have never run the data, but it seems to make sense.

it could also be that they are getting more power utilizing the same efficiency and just more fuel/air thus giving poorer fuel economy

The economy doesn't change for the worse unless you keep your foot in it at all times. If your O2 sensor is working, cruising mileage will be the same.

Our 400 and 500 HP m30's get better fuel economy on a long cruise than stock, but drink like a son-of-a if you are playing.

Here is another quick video. This is a customers stock 325iS vs our little W.A.R. Machine. He is in for the same treatment but will be starting off with JUST the M20 induction kit.

For those that have been waiting, here is a picture of the intake. It uses a unique rubber elbow with integrated ICV port, as well as in integrated MAF sensor. It routes down towards the frame rail and in behind the fog light.

This one is made from sanitary stainless, and so will the first 5 sold. The future M20 Induction kits will be made from aluminum and powder-coated black.

Brody, does Dans car have stock gearing or is all that just the intake and exhaust, because that race was not even close.

That induction kit actually looks pretty nice. It reminds me of all the Honda/Mitsubishi CAI's. Never thought there'd finally be one for E30's. ;)

Yes, Dan has stock gearing. Dan's car is 35 rwhp MORE than the customers car. I will have to see if the gearing is different in the customers car.

Thanks, it does look crazier than most the intake kits out there for these cars.
