This guy is on point. Mine came in quickly and worked great. The grommet was a pita until someone suggested soapy water, which worked excellently.

Great mod, pretty quick once you get the old one removed. If you plan on doing anything with your stereo the amp (if you have one) is usually attached to the same bracket, so you might consider hitting them both at the same time.
