Why is no one 3D printing euro fog light brackets?

Has anyone tried this yet? With the brackets being NLA, but the actual light being easy to find for 50 bucks a pop, why is no one 3D printing these brackets?

Anyone up to the task that has a printer?

    Actually, I have a printer.

And a pair of both early styles..

    Sounds like a decent challenge.

But the problem is durability. Even using PETG, I'm guessing the structural rigidity won't be up to par as injection molded ABS.

Which one were you thinking of, the one that is the same as the M3 or the earlier style that has the longer tabs?

I think durability would fine. the lights aren't very heavy.

I am specifically looking for the ones for early model mtech 1.

so I guess that is e30 m3? style brackets. We would be happy to R&D with you on our mtech 1 s52 build :)

I can draw it up and make an .stl file if someone has some good dimensions. The tabs may need to be beefed up depending on the media used

I don't. I do engineering work and some freelance design on the side.
