    m10 turbo question.

To all you m10 turbo guys. Could this plug here be used as an adequate oil return? It goes straight down to the pan. I have never really seen anyone use it as a return looking through pictures, so i am not sure

If it's gravity fed with no problem then yeah!
Has to be a straight shot down from the turbo.

thats the block coolant drain (see coolant core plug right above it?)....i think you will find it does not go all the way thru to the oil return drain from cyl head circled in second pic, which explains why you dont see it being used as an oil drain

Well damn i guess your right. At a glance it looked like it went through. But removed it and it was a coolant channel

Then what about using it for turbo's that are also water cooled?

What is a good cam to use on an mild m10 turbo motor? Im thinking about ordering a 284° regrind? But i am not sure. Read alot of people saying factory cam works great, but would upgrading to a slightly larger piece have any benefit?
