We used seam sealer after welding but I'm pretty sure early models don't have battery tray drains. So I might just drill a hole in the new metal I put in. (Open to suggestions on other methods)

However, I found one or hopefully all of the leaks for the battery tray. the gas cap lock was not sealed so I filled it with rtv and its unnoticeable which is nice.

Painted front half of exhaust and gaskets came in from pelican. Next is to paint muffler/tip/resonator/cat end. Then bolt it up.
Flange gasket to the exhaust manifold:

Taking a break from upgrades and just driving to get to know the car. Took her on a canyon and cars and coffee then to the pier for a photo shoot. Oh, also installed new inside passenger door handle and only broke one clip. New record!!!

Ok bought a $12 eBay chip and now my car has a smoother power band and revs to 5300 rpm and doesn't breath out top end anymore. The only thing is I blew my power steering and water pump belts on the freeway testing it. So now I gotta order new belts yay!

I used continental belts which I've heard have been breaking a lot recently anyone have a better brand they know of?

Had to tow her home last night.

New 370mm mtech1 wheel from tom64. Really nice guy and gave me a great deal on it. Also put in the center consol which makes the interior come together nicely. and have Cosmo coil overs coming.

Saw this bumper, thought it might be lowered by now. Hope it all works out
