    M/S50 M/S52 316L SS Turbo Header Flanges

    New Development Fabrication
    Lakewood, NJ

We have a new project in the shop which required us to manufacture a set of Stainless Steel Turbo Headers for the M50 based engines. Since we've now perfected the programming for the CNC mill software, we will be producing and selling the flanges by request.

Here's a quick synopsis of the flanges as copied from our website:

New Development Fabrication is proud to offer to the public our SS Turbo header flanges made specifically for the BMW M50 family of twin cam inline-six engines. Machined on our CNC mill in house from a 1" X 3" solid block of 316L Stainless Steel!

The BMW M50 based engines have a cylinder head with an oval exhaust port design. We machined a tapered bore to smoothly transition from oval port to a cylinder. This design allows for a perfectly blended merge with the best flow. The primaries are 1.25" Schedule 10 316L Stainless Steel. The machined stand offs also prevent heat soak in the base head side of the flange and keep the welds 1.00" away from the head.

These flanges are ideal for fabricators out there who do not have access to a CNC mill and software or do not feel like running through hundreds of dollars worth of materials and bits trying to make them yourself, as we did!

A set of flanges will be $699.99 plus shipping. We ask you to give us about 1 week to produce and ship them out. Thanks for looking, please visit our website (NDfabrication dot com) for details and ordering. There you will also find links to our FB and Instagram pages where more photos and videos are posted - Feel free to ask me questions directly as well.

We will be producing a full line of performance and chassis parts for e30, e36 and some e46 applications in the near future so stay tuned.
