Heat Seat Swap and Convertible Motor Swap

I have two e30 325i verts.

HEATED SEATS SWITCH OUT

Car A. has heated seats, and car B. doesn't.
I want to take all the heated seat accessories from car A. and put it into car B.
But not replace the seats.

AUTOMATIC CONVERTIBLE TOP MOTORS

Car A. + B. both have automatic tops. Car A has working motors, Car B. doesn't.
I want to swap parts so car B. has a working automatic top.

Anyone have a recommended Los Angeles area one stop shop for these jobs?

Any idea how much something like this would cost?

Or Is it something a complete noob like my self can do?

No idea on costs. Call them and ask.

Of course it's something you can do yourself. It's just a matter of a willingness to learn, break things, and spend an inordinate amount of time doing so.

ifnthe seats are the same color obviously just swap center cushions (upper and lower), the console with the switches and the harness. Moving the elements from one seat to another is a major PITA and is likely to result in damaged wires
