    My e30 with 205/60r15 tires on 15x8 wheels

    I read on her that the wont fit but they did, car is lowered on h&r spirt springs. No rubbing, wheels are et25I believe, no spacers

    A 205/60-15 is about 3/4" taller than the stock size tire which isn't a huge difference.

    Your early model's rear wheel openings are larger than the '88 and newer model's so that gives you extra clearances in back. That same setup might rub the rear on the newer body shell.

    Those taller/heavier tires will hurt your acceleration and braking a little though, and make you watch your speeds since your speedometer will read a little slower than it used to.
