I'm kinda short on cash at the moment, and looking towards the future, I'm trying to have less spare parts. That being said here's my issue:
I have an 87 'vert with a toasted drive shaft.
I have an 89 is with a 24v swap, but original getrag, drive shaft, rear end
I realize that I cannot just swap shafts, because of output shaft and guibo size issues(plus my 'vert has some fraking huge vibration dampener between the tranny and the shaft that I had never seen before)BUT....
Can I take the trans, shaft, & rear end from the swapped 2 door and get my vert back on the road??
and will I need to take the cv's? though I don't see any reason why I would
Are the subframes the same??
