It's only got 87k, and looks like that? Ouch.

Hope you got a good deal. Cabby's are fun.

          Congrats on a nice find.

Did you get the Borbet's as well? Those are very sought after and quite hard to find.

What do you mean it looks like that?? maybe its the pics but theres only 3 faults in the paint if that what you mean. (i accually got a really good deal on the car)

Anyways, i had the borbets on my 318i and i took them off the other day to put them on this one. I bought them of off Ebay a few months back and recently got the tires.

I should be getting the new top tommorow, and hopefully it'll be going on this weekend. ill take some more pics after i get the top on, and its clean.

Well its not a '91, but nice nonetheless.

Those Borbets look nice. But the car is screaming to be lowered.

              Good luck with it.

                  Not a 91
same thing i thought, but i looked up the Vin# and everything, it is an early production 91.

Only the 92's and LATE 91's got plastic bumpers.

It looks good. Leather could use some cleaning and love, but overall, looks awesome. Go over it tip to tail to make sure everything that isnt top notch gets delt with so you dont aggrevate and create more expensive problems later.

Thanks for the welcoming. yea, ive been trying to make sure everything is good on it.
It has a new timing belt and new clutch, and there was a few other things, but i forget everything the old owner said. :D

However ive already started to run into problems with it. like i said, it has had only 1000miles put on it in the last 3 years. so some parts are britle. On the 20min drive back to my house from picking the car up, it overheated. :( turn out it the fan belt or alternator belt snapped. so thats going in tommorrow, i should accually be able to drive the car soon.

ill keep you all posted as time goes by and more stuff breaks. jk.

                        Indeed.

I like the calypso and borbets. Nice car man. The only thumbs-down for me is the pinstripe.
