    My new 91 vert

Picked up a 1991 325 convertible about a week and a half ago. Super clean, old lady owned, blah blah blah

Everything looks original on it, and it lives a sheltered life. I already ordered a new steering wheel (25 year old airbags worry me), some wheels and some shocks/springs. I don't plan on going crazy like I did with my e46 touring, just make it a nice cruiser.

looks like it's been in a collision and fixed with early parts

That's exactly what it looks like.

OP you can probably just find a new plastic front bumper and late model valence if you want it to look correct, otherwise enjoy the car!

What's the deal with your Touring? S54 swap?

No, almost did until an ASA supercharger came up for sale for cheap. It does have m3: wheels, strut bar, seats, steering wheel, brakes, bushings, and pss10s. Def a fun ride

Sleeper wagons are the best! All the power plus lots of room!

Welcome! Yes it looks like there was a front end accident and some body shop really f**ked up and put the wrong bumpers on your car. Easily fixed though, direct bolt on/off swap.
