used to have an '84 amc eagle, 3" lift with 31"s. only pic i have is from before the lift though. i was homeless at the time and spent most of a year living out it, driving to hard to reach places to sleep.

i loved the low center of gravity. didn't love the vacuum transfer case so much..

i have done a little mild offroading in my iX:

Picked up a 93' 4Runner 3.0 SR5 with a 5spd and 160k on the clock, going to do some nice armor upgrades but staying mostly OE+ with it.

Meet you dudes at Four Corners? Going to try to avoid much of the summer outside of the valley. Now to just have the dayjob allow me to telecommute...

Can't wait, my new rig should be in my hands maybe before the new year. I'd probably already have it, but it's going from a comical body lift to a new Ironman/OME 2" lift. I hate body lifts personally.

I'm down, I definitely want to go somewhere this summer on way back from college. I kinda got screwed with rain on way out, rained at every place I wanted to wheel.

Went out today. Snow was decently deep. Both the Frontier and Taco got stuck. It was fun.

Hella / ARB / Rigid are talked about a lot in many circles... but I know they aren't cheap.

I'd also check amazon then be critical of reviews. I'm sure there are some reasonable lights on there.

Some of the "Ebay" brands are pretty ok for the money, I would love a rigid bar but its too easy for someone to steal off the truck when you park outside.
