I saw you say they were progressive,

what I'm trying to learn is if the:
285 lb/inch Front Progressive
450 lb/inch Rear Progressive

I'm trying to clarify if the numbers you listed are top/bottom or middle of that progressive range.

example, the eibach pro kit rears are progressive from 280-326. you couldn't just call them 326lb/inch because that doesn't let you know whether that's the softest part of the spring rate or whether it's the stiffest.

Are the two photos above with normal height spring hats? What about the upper strut mounts, new or used?

Normal height spring hats and no rubbers on the front. Rear only has one rubber. Like a year old upper strut mount
