WTB: late model ICV and oem shift knob

Looking for a late model 'T' shaped ICV around the seattle area and also a oem shift knob, but the latter is less important.

Im trying to get my car running from my build and realized I have a early model ICV

willing to pay whatever, but would prefer local to save time.
