I am putting up for sale a member of my family. Gustav (Gus) has been with us since 2001 when he was sitting in the back corner of one of the buildings of an auto dealership in Redmond, then having about 208k miles. Originally burgundy on tan, vinyl seats, completely stock, he has been upgraded in nearly every fashion (see below). I have tried to do the best upgrades, the best ways. I was set to install an upgraded engine and transmission into the car, but I've decided that the character of the car would change too much and after so many years and so many miles of enjoyment I couldn't do it and decided to move on. I love this car dearly and hope I can find an owner who will love it too. Full Disclosure, I've had the front core support replaced 2x from damage. Both times repaired at Queen City Auto Rebuild in Redmond, who did the paint job. Best body shop in the state. Vehicle drives straight and does not wear tires. Title is currently shown as 'unbranded'.

Wow, it's been a LOT of years since I was last on this board...since I (sadly) sold my '87 325is back in 2004, probably.

I've known this car for well over a decade, and can assure any potential interested party that it's one of the nicest E30's you will ever see cosmetically and mechanically. This car has had the benefit of some of the best BMW techs and body shop professionals in WA state. Even with close to 300k on the original motor, it fires up first try every time, runs like a sewing machine, and still pulls hard for an eta. A/C will freeze you out. Sound system is fantastic.

Suspension/brakes/etc have all been dialed, so all one would need to do is drive as-is while you decide what kind of motor upgrade/build you want to do. This car is ready for more horsepower as it sits.

If I had a spare garage bay, I'd have a lower balance in my savings right now and a new key on my keychain--for this car. It's that nice.

Just FYI your brake light warning will always come on until you hit the brakes and "test" the bulbs/circuit. If you start the car holding the brake down you'll see it won't come on (if your brake lights are working of course). Took me a LONG time before I figured that one out.

            GLWS, looks nice.
