    DUUUUUUUDE nice!

One thing I learned about spraying paint is that it gets EVERYWHERE. I hate it. I want a spraybooth and a fresh air system if I ever do it again lol

                  And she's back together!

Gonna color sand her in about a month and the paint will be like glass.

So good! Where did you purchase your paint from?

Got a few things knocked out today:

Pulled out my cluster to replace some bulbs (odo gears still going strong at 130K!) and test a 13 button OBC i recently got for free. It had been sitting in a parts car for a while exposed to the elements (I had already taken it apart to check for corrosion, but everything looked good)

Once I confirmed it worked (even the bulbs were good!) I proceeded with the installation of the wiring harness and decided to tackle the ambient temp sensor. The wiring harness for it had been cut for some reason and it took some digging to find it, so I enlisted the help of my friends at lagunitas for support:

Once the wiring harness was fixed and ran to the driver side brake duct, I did a little mod I'd seen on a previous e30: Place a self tapping screw in the brake duct to ensure it never falls put. Cheap insurance for sure!

Woot woot! Still need a late model OBC turn signal stalk to complete the swap (effff the code box, never dealing with those again, if they fail they cause a no start condition!)

oh and stock IX ride height FTW:

kocked out the 3 pedal mod (trans soon):

and lastly checking that my body drain isn't clogged (Highland Cold Mountain, since my e30 aint no ratchet ass firefly drinker )

I guess I get to pull an auto trans manana

Dropped the old 4hp22. That top transmission bolt was a pain. Ended up dropping the front subframe 1/2"ish to finally get a line-of-sight on it. About 7 various extensions later I finally got my wrench on it :)
