So it's starting to heat up here in the bay area and i'm tryin to straighten out my a/c problem before it gets triple digits here (if it even does) but anyways, i bought an 89 325i vert awhile back for parts and i have an 84 eta. Here's what i found out about my eta's a/c system:
1. No a/c belt when i got the car
2. A/c switch turns on
3. # 20 fuse is good
I bought a belt but have not installed it. The 89 vert's a/c system looks like it was converted to r-134a but i'm not certain, it just seems that way because of the red high port and blue low port. Can i rip the a/c system on the vert and slap it on the eta? Or should i see if the eta's system is still salvageable?
