With the 275/35R15s, the only inner fender rub I see is at near full lock.

That's my car. I admit the flare job looks like crap, and I have intentions of getting them redone to look better. I was waiting to see how well things fit before spending the money on cosmetic issues as opposed to mechanical. That was all done with just a fender roller, in a hurry to get bigger tires under the car, and there is NO rubbing. They were stretched to fit 265/45/16s last year, and they only just barely rubbed on the outside of the rear. There is no abnormal wear or rub marks on any of the 275s. Suprisingly, they tuck up under the rear fender very well under load.

The wheels are 15x10 Keizers, 5" backspace all around, with a 8 mm spacer on the front. Koni DAs, 650lb front, 550 lb rear, 25mm front bar, 19mm rear bar (about to be replaced with M3 rear bar for testing purposes)

Here's a few more shots from this past weekend.

Any close up pics of the rolling job? I've spent hours with the roller and it doesn't look like I am even close to those.

                        Thanks,

                        Nick

Still looks better then my cutting out of the fenders and just throwing some RTV and fuel tubing over the ragged edges job :)

Looks pretty good. The fronts are cake compared to those back fenders :) Having to weld the layers back together is so much fun.
I'm assuming you have the wheels you are going to run so you can make sure you flare it enough? Judging on how much you've researched you have.
I remember the first time I backed up and tried to turn and realize oops needed another 2" taken off the front wasn't cool. Its amazing how much needs cut out to fit the big tires. I needed to chop the bumpers pretty much just to the rear mounting brackets in order not to hit. Also removing the horns and other junk to keep from hitting it. Of course 15s are a tad shorter so might avoid that but its gonna be close.
