Kamotors E30-Turbo to ITB M20

    Was the modification you did on the manifold just for more clearance or so it would fit? I ask cause my b35 intake is getting stuck on the booster and wont go down on to the studs.

      SO it run,idles,revs just need my revshift guibo............
      I went with a 12" 2300cfm 2.5" permacool fan, if its not adequate I'll try a 16" fan out. I made a new set of spark plug wires and reused my oil coils.

          drive ability has been excellent on the E30 TPS so I see no reason to change it. that is the M30 TPS btw ,its a bit thicker/has a different part number but I believe it works the same.

            dude, trim your upper rad hose, it's bugging me

            nice job on getting it together so fast!

            you should also be able to use an aftermarket m20 distributor cap blank cover for the m30, they are the same.

                that's why people flip the TB, I guess. are you worries about lag from the extra 2 feet of IC piping?

                  no I'm not...its not 2 feet either its like 6". give me a few days and you'll see. plus in position 3 the flipped throttle hits the fluid res.

                                In my experiences I was unable to get a smooth on/off throttle transition with the over-run fuel cut turned on and an M20 tps. (not a problem if you leave it off obviously)

                                Also, I had much better success tuning with the accel enrichment being TPS based rather than MAP based. MAP based would have required me to run a lazy lag factor in order to avoid a few random spikes setting off the accel enrich.

                                you know what you are doing though, just sharing what I have found on my megasquirt journey
