I am missing the connector to connect my reverse lights where it connects to the transmission. Anybody have one or can help me find the part number? I can't find it on realoem. Thanks in advance!

There is no connector on e30's, It's just two spade connectors.

Hmmm, I wonder if they ever hooked this up when they did my swap. I know my reverse lights dont work either..
Where on the transmission is this spade connection(s)?Simon

There is a switch screwed into the transmission on the passenger side? I think. The wiring feeds down from the inside near the shifter.Comment

Just applied 12v to the wires that go back to the reverse lights and got nothing. Guess a new switch is neededComment

I bought a new switch and replaced it and they didn't didn't work, when I first bought the car they worked and one day BAM nothing. No reverse lights :(Originally posted by dvckComment
