Sacramento to E30 Picnic Caravan (Starting Fri 1pm)

Hello everyone! I'm organizing a caravan from Sacramento, CA to Tacoma, WA for the E30 Picnic. We will be meeting up at 12pm and leaving all together at 1pm from a Chevron near downtown Sacramento. I've planned gas stops every 250 miles and a food stop 4.5 hours into our trip in Medford, OR. I'm estimating we'll cross through Portland after 10pm which will hopefully avoid their horrible traffic. The destination will be the Comfort Inn in Tacoma for myself and a few of my friends. You may all have your own destinations if you wish. If you'd like to join, here's my Roadtrippers link: E30 Picnic Caravan.

If you have any more questions, you may text me at 916-412-5353 or email me at zumjosh@gmail.com

Hope to see you all at the E30 Picnic!

Around this time of year, between Woodland, Wa and Castle Rock, Wa (along i5) there are lots of Washington state patrol stings.

They cruisers sit on an overpass while bike cops wait on the on ramps. It's 70mph once you leave Vancouver. So just be aware.

I saw 9 people pulled over on Saturday in that stretch
