I dont think anyone of us have a good glimpse of what Trumps portfolio looks like and I wouldnt try to take jabs at it w/out having that info. As such, there are stories that do come to surface in the media about him selling off businesses that arent doing well and even claiming bankrupt for some of them.

The matter of the fact is though, is that because he's such a tv whore, all his business dealings get put on blasts because he's a headliner.

On the other hand, these "other" business executives may appear like they are successful in all their ventures because not all of their dealings are on the spotlight.

Truth be told, all business moguls have plenty of losses in their columns just like Trump.

So, you're an expert in early 1960s State of Hawaii birth certs?

I, for one, can tell that the copy released must have been printed on watermark(patterned) paper, with a duplication of the original out of the book, printed onto the sheet, makes sense why the pattern does not curve, as argued in the vdubin link.

Well, this is a good way to keep our eyes off Ben B. press conference, and the CIA/Afghan leadership shakeup.

and there is something out there that is saying that the PDF file that was used to prove O's long form birth certificate has multiple layers.

This will go down as one of the big questions like who shot JFK.

I found a comment from someone about that.

Quote:
I noticed the possible "layers" in this document almost immediately. When I had the .pdf file of the BC open in my browser then used Command + Tab (on an Apple computer), to switch to another app, I noticed that the majority of the text disappeared. I recreated the effect numerous times. As others have suggested, when you open the BC in Acrobat (full version) and strip out the "Metadata" and "Deleted or cropped content" this SAME EXACT TEXT disappears leaving only a few bits of type, date stamps and all or part of three signatures: his mother, the attendant and the local registrar. Also, some of the digits used in the Aug. 8, 1961 date stamp disappear. The full background and the April 25, 2011 stamp remain. I am making no "birther" claims, but CLEARLY this document has been altered. If it had been photographed or scanned, the pixels containing all the information (the document background, the type, the signatures, date stamps and the check marks) would be part of ONE pixelated image. As someone who uses Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite daily, it is my belief that had the BC been scanned or photographed, the layering would not happen. Again, I am making NO "birther" claims or conclusions. But I believe this document has been altered.
I'm not familiar with how this works specially with Apple.

so where is the success, other than lots of flash? there's no substance. where are the earnings?

also, the public not having any info on his investments is nonsense. All of that stuff is public knowledge, as it's required to be reported to the SEC (especially by somebody as visible as Trump). The balance sheets for his corporations are publicly available.

^^ The one in 1961 at the bottom of the image clearly looks different. They didn't use color shift ink in 1961, did they?

I'm not gonna start going through his public records to prove my point. If you honestly think he he hasnt had any success than i'm curious to know what you consider success to be.

I never said that the public doesnt have access to it. I said that because he's such a TV whore all his wins/failures are highly publicized and therefore we get to scrutinize the guy more.

Again, I dont think he should hold public office but the matter of fact is that he's bringing up an issue that nobody either a) seems to care or b) cant provide sufficient proof.

As cocky as Trump is, I like his enthusiasm and drive to get things like oil prices and economic issues taken care of NOW. Obama just sounds the same as he did while he was campaigning. Lots of talk with few actions/results.
