    E36/7 Caliper specs

Looking for caliper specs for a 99 MCOUPE piston diameter specifically. Need to calculate my proper master cylinder size. Thanks in advance

    Edit:
So far I've come up with 60 mm diameter piston for front calipers and 40 mm rear from a z3m coupe/roadster.

What did you end up selecting for a master cylinder? I am running MCoupe brakes and am considering a manual brakes conversion for a possible V8 swap in the future.

7/8 front/rear. I'm changing the setup around though. I will update with what I changed and why.

My current setup with a 6.25:1 pedal ratio, 60mm front piston, 40mm rear. I have the following combinations to consider.

        Currently equipped.

        7/8 masters front/rear combo
        1021/205 psi
        83.27/16.27

This setup resulted with brakes that stop the car but are far from ideal imo way to much pedal effort, nice pedal travel and low clamping force.

        My options as calculated:

        7/8 front 3/4 rear
        1021/381 psi
        72.82/27.17

        7/8 front 5/8 rear
        1021/769 psi
        57.03/42.96

        3/4 front and rear
        1934/381 psi
        83.54/16.45

        3/4 front 5/8 rear
        1934/769 psi
        71.55/28.44
