Misfiring around 3k?

Hey guys. This problem started awhile ago, it would that misfiring around 3k rpm, but slowly got worse, now it sputters at any speed and rpm really, especially after warming up. Really annoying to drive like that too. Isn't head gasket, just replaced, probably isn't spark plugs themselves, any ideas? 1988 M30B35

check ht leads and cap and rotor. Some times if lucky in the dark you may be able to see the problem ie sparks.
